Bitcoin Art (r)evolution - La rencontre entre l'Art et les crypto-monnaies À l’aube des 10 ans de la création du Bitcoin, cette exposition sera une première mondiale à Paris : des artistes internationaux issus de divers horizons vont exposer leurs œuvres autour de la thématique du Bitcoin et des crypto-monnaies. Ils feront découvrir les symboles de cet univers encore peu connu du grand public et illustreront la genèse de cette révolution numérique similaire aux prémices d’internet.

L’exposition montrera le potentiel des crypto-monnaies par la symbolique et la pratique. Elles seront partie intégrante du processus de création artistique et permettront de faire l’acquisition des œuvres en Bitcoin ou autres crypto-monnaies (Litecoin, Monero, Ethereum).

Du Bitcoin sera caché dans certaines œuvres et des certificats d’authenticité inscrits dans la blockchain Bitcoin seront également délivrés aux acquéreurs.

L’exposition sera ouverte au public et se déroulera du 28 septembre au 5 octobre 2018 de 10h à 18h dans une ancienne galerie d’Art (appartenant à ERM Développement) au 15 avenue de Messine, 75008 Paris.

Une occasion unique de décoder les bouleversements potentiels que peuvent engendrer les crypto-monnaies et la blockchain dans le monde de l’art :

  • Quels changements dans la relation entre l’artiste et son public ?

  • Vendre des œuvres sans intermédiaires est-il maintenant possible ?

L’exposition organisée par l’artiste français Pascal Boyart propose de découvrir le Crypto Art, mouvement inspiré par les idéaux de décentralisation. Les artistes exposés sont : Andy Bauch, Coin Artist, Josephine Bellini, Nanu Berks, Mark Bern, Yosh, Pascal Boyart, Yom de Saint Phalle, Choq, Ilies Issiakhem.

Bitcoin Art (r)evolution – The rendezvous between art and cryptocurrencies

This exhibition will be a world premiere in Paris: international artists from various horizons will exhibit their works about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. They will make discover the symbols of this universe still little known to the general public by illustrating the genesis of this digital revolution similar to the beginnings of the Internet.

The exhibition will show the potential of crypto-currencies through symbolism and practice. They will be an integral part of the process of artistic creation and will allow the acquisition of works in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies (Litecoin, Monero, Ethereum).

Some bitcoin will be hidden in artworks and certificates of authenticity registered in the Bitcoin blockchain will also be issued to buyers.

The event will take place from September 28th to October 5th in an ancient art gallery (owned by ERM Development) on 15 avenue de Messine, 75008 Paris, France.
